This package is all about co-creation — a true team effort where you stay in charge (just with a little less chaos). With personalized check-ins, a collaborative planning process, and hands-on training for your day-of person, you’ll feel empowered, organized, and totally in control — with me right there to guide the way.

Additionally: - 60 minute check in calls every 4-8 weeks throughout engagement to discuss planning and module guidance for next check-in
- Connections for those little extras that make your day pop — think signage, paper goods, and all the pretty details*
- 2 months out, vendor communication take over
- Your The Gay Events Guy's Guide, that includes master wedding day timeline, vendor and wedding party contact information, ceremony processional and recessional, floor plans, items to keep track of, and everything in between
- 2 weeks out, 1 hour training of your day-of-person to ensure they have ALL the know on how to make your day fun stress-free and smooth and hand off
